Process: Decarb concentrate at 220°F–240°F until bubbles stop. Combine with 40 ml oil. Sous-vide at 185°F for 2–4 hours.
STEP 2: CRACKER DOUGH
Ingredients: 1 ¾ cups (218g) AP flour, 1 tsp (5g) baking powder, ¾ tsp (4.5g) salt, 2 tbsp (6g) fresh chopped rosemary, ½ cup (120 ml) water, 40 ml Infused Master Oil, 40 ml olive oil.
Topping: 10–20 ml olive oil (for brushing), Fleur de sel, fresh herbs, pepper, or sesame seeds.

Preheat oven to 425°F with heavy baking sheet on middle rack.
Mix dry ingredients, make a well, pour in water, olive oil, and infused oil. Mix into soft dough. Knead 4–5 times until smooth.
Divide dough ball into 4 equal pieces. Roll each into long, thin 2 to 3-inch wide strips on parchment paper. .
Brush with remaining olive oil, sprinkle toppings, and press lightly.

Convection Ovens: These widely used ovens rely on circulating hot air for efficient, even heating. While effective for decarb, their temperature can fluctuate, and the open environment allows for terpene evaporation.
Vacuum-Controlled Temperature Ovens: These specialized ovens create a low-pressure, controlled environment ideal for heat-sensitive materials.
